<p>A physical information acquiring method, a physical information acquiring device and a semiconductor device are provided to compensate a unit signal sensed in the first sensing unit by using a unit signal sensed in the second sensing unit, thereby controlling and removing components of the second wavelength area included in components of the first wavelength area sensed in the first sensing unit. A physical information acquiring method comprises the following steps of: previously separating components of the first wavelength area from components of the second wavelength area and sensing the separated components in the first sensing unit, and sensing components of a wavelength area for compensation including the components of the second wavelength area in the second sensing unit; and acquiring physical information about the components of the first wavelength area excluding at least a part of influence of the components of the second wavelength area by using the unit signal, sensed in the second sensing unit, for the unit signal sensed in the first sensing unit.</p> |
