A device for cutting a wedge and a linear concrete structure is provided to cut wedges by connecting the device with the existing heavy equipment in necessity, to shorten the working time and evenly cut the wedge, to prevent the wedge from being cracked or popping debris while cut, and to easily handle the device. A device for cutting a wedge(P) and a linear concrete structure comprises a wedge fixing unit(100) detachably mounted on a heavy equipment(1) like a fork crane to hold and fix a part of an object, that is, the wedge protruded from the ground; a wedge cutting unit installed at the lower side of the wedge fixing unit to cut the wedge; and a height adjusting unit regulating heights of the wedge fixing unit and the wedge cutting unit. The height adjusting unit has a pair of vertical rails formed at the heavy equipment; a lifter moved up and down along the rail to have a pair of forks which are long; and an elevating unit moving the lifter up and down. The wedge fixing unit has nippers(110) formed with a pair of nipper pieces(111,112) hinge-connected on one end to broaden/narrow free ends so as to hold the wedge; an equipment connecting unit formed at one side of the nippers; and a nippers operating tool(130) broadening/narrowing the nippers.
