A digital broadcasting receiving terminal and a method for supplying power to a receiving path thereof are provided to respectively check receiving sensitivity for plural paths for receiving DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) and intercept power supply for a bad path, and reduce current consumption of a battery, thereby increasing a DMB viewing time through the digital broadcasting receiving terminal. A digital broadcasting receiving terminal comprises the followings: a CDM(Code Division Multiplex) unit(15) which mixes I/Q data received through plural receiving paths, demodulates I/Q data having improved sensitivity, outputs digital broadcasting data, and outputs receiving sensitivity for the I/Q data received through the plural receiving paths; a control unit(17) which decodes digital broadcasting data of the CDM unit(15) and outputs a power control signal for intercepting power supplied to the plural receiving paths according to the receiving sensitivity; and a power unit(19) which selectively supplies power to the plural receiving paths by the power control signal.
