TRANSMITTER FOR SPATIAL MULTIPLEX TRANSMISSION AND SPATIAL MULTIPLEX TRANSMISSION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter for spatial multiplex transmission which reduces ratio between instantaneous transmission power and average transmission power in order to reduce fluctuation of transmission power.

SOLUTION: In the transmitter 100a for spatial multiplex transmission, a distribution part 102 distributes an input signal input from an input terminal 101 to output the distributed input signals from each of a plurality of output terminals. At least one of modulation parts 1031-103K modulates the signals output from the output terminals based on a single carrier wave frequency modulation system and others modulate the signals based on a multiple carrier wave frequency modulation system. Directivity formation parts 1041-104K form directivity to the signals output from the modulation parts 1031-103K. Synthesizing parts 1051-105N synthesize the signals output from the plurality of directivity formation parts 1041-104K and transmit the synthesized signals from a transmission antenna.
