<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system capable of performing services in which on-vehicle apparatuses common to all vehicles can be provided respectively. <P>SOLUTION: This information provision system, providing information to the on-vehicle apparatuses utilizing radio communication, includes a communication station for retaining control information of the on-vehicle apparatuses different for each vehicle model installed. The on-vehicle apparatus transmits ID of the on-vehicle apparatus and vehicle model of an installed vehicle are transmitted to the communication station.
