PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a decoupling capacitor, suppress overshooting of output voltage waveform, shorten the off period and suppress the waveform distortions at rise time. SOLUTION: By disposing the decoupling capacitor 11 on the primary side of a DC-DC converter 12 decoupling capacitor 11 is miniaturized. The DC-DC capacitor 12 is operated in a discontinuous mode and is combined with response characteristics of an LC filter 15 to suppress overshooting of an output voltage waveform. Furthermore, a switching device 14 is provided on an output stage to shorten an off-period, and a discharging element 13 is connected on the secondary side of the converter 12 to suppress waveform distortions of the rise time.
