PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower costs of a network capable of data storage for exchanging data equally among any devices dispersed on a network without deteriorating network throughput. SOLUTION: Retrieval of a storage place, creation of a stored document, and deposit of the generated document are performed in a data deposit part 11. In a data storage part 21, in response to the retrieval of the storage place from the data deposit part 11, a document is deposited when it is storable. When a data receiving part 41 makes a reception request of the data to the data storage part 21, a document delivery part of the data storage part 21 delivers the data, the documents received by a document combining part of the data receiving part 41 are combined to restore original data.
