PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor, which is superior in abrasion resistance more than the conventional types, which is proper in electrical characteristics and reduced in image defects such as white spots with long lifetime in the electrophotographic photoreceptor, and also to provide the electrophotographic photoreceptor with the long lifetime, that is compatible with a blue-violet laser writing light source. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a cured coating composition, obtained by radical polymerization of at least the following component A (where A: a radical polymerizing monomer obtained by linking an aliphatic group having two radical polymerizing groups with a charge transport group that does not contain radical polymerizing groups by a single bond) on the surface thereof.
