PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article mount body for a storage shelf having sufficient strength which is capable of enhancing the conveyance efficiency and preventing an article receiving member from being raised when an article is placed on the article receiving member formed wide in the transverse width direction. SOLUTION: One arm 31a out of a pair of arms 31 and an article receiving member 32 are fixed to and connected to each other, and a tip of the other arm 31b and a tip in the transverse width direction of the article receiving member 32 are connected to each other in a relatively rotatable manner around the axis along the vertical direction so as to be changed to a shelf mounting posture in which the arm 31 is directed in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the article receiving member 32 and a non-shelf mounting posture in which the arm 31 is projected from the article receiving member 32 in its longitudinal direction. An engagement part 52 to be engaged with an engaged part 45 formed on a base end in the transverse width of the article receiving member 32 so as to prevent the article receiving member 32 from being raised is formed on the other arm 31b in an engaging manner by the rotation from the non-shelf mounting posture to the shelf mounting posture.
