PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dioxins removing method capable of being more simplified than heretofore, by which dioxins and heavy metals can be treated in one batch (one process), the settling speed of solid fast and only separated water is treated with a membrane, and to provide a removing agent. SOLUTION: In this dioxins removing method, powdery activated carbon and Y type or X type zeolite are added to waste water discharged when dismantling a waste incinerator according to an amount of suspended matter, and Ca-type zeolite formed by treating Na-P1 type zeolite with saturated calcium chloride solution and a zeolite flocculant composed of aluminum sulfate, calcium hydroxide and polyacrylamide anion-based polymer flocculant are mixed.
