PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for teaching basic body motions, such as sports, performances or behaviors. SOLUTION: The preferred teaching method is exemplified by taking pictures of a trainee playing sports, acting or performing with a video camera and giving guidance there on the spot without losing time by analyzing the video images on a two-way split screen, or comparing double video images of a trainer playing sports, acting or performing on one screen to allow the trainee to understand the correct body forms or body movement timing.
