PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shoes corresponding to the change of size of a foot, which fit the feet and reduce the exchange frequency of the shoes even when the size of the foot is rapidly changed through the use of an easy method with high efficiency in expenditure. SOLUTION: The shoes for prolonging lifetime, in particular for a child, include: a sole 12; and an upper 14, that define a determined fitting volume V2. When a spacer 20 is attached, the length L2 and fitting C2 of the shoe is adjusted to the length L1 and the fitting C1 and a reduced fitting volume V1 is determined. At least one spacer 20 is freely put-in/taken-out from/of the shoe 10. When the present invention is applied to the shoes for the child, the spacer 20 is detached in response to the change of size of the foot in the child, so that the shoes are used for a long term.
