A room-temperature compound degreaser for energy saving and environment-friendly industries is provided to prevent waste of energy and deterioration of work environment and improve an oxidation problem of strip by controlling a degreasing solution to a room temperature of 25 deg.C using a room temperature degreaser, and secure safety of workers by allowing the degreaser to be repeatedly used for a long time while lowering temperature of the degreaser to the room temperature. A room-temperature compound degreaser for energy saving and environment-friendly industries comprises 5 to 25 wt.% of cellosolve or carbitol, 10 to 30 wt.% of anionic or nonionic surfactant, 2 to 3 wt.% of triethanolamine, 2 to 3 wt.% of EDTA-4Na, 1 to 2 wt.% of octanol, 1 to 3 wt.% of sodium molybdate, 1 to 3 wt.% of sodium metasilicate, the balance of purified water. The cellosolve is one or more selected from ethylene glycol mono methyl ether, ethylene glycol mono ethyl ether, ethylene glycol mono butyl ether, and the carbitol is one or more selected from diethylene glycol mono methyl ether, diethylene glycol mono ethyl ether, and diethylene glycol mono butyl ether. The anionic or nonionic surfactant is one or more selected from sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate and polyethylene glycol alkyl phenyl ether.
