A robot cleaner, a charging device, a cleaning system, and a method of automatically discharging dust of the same robot cleaner are provided to discharge a dust tank on time by easily detecting that the dust tank is full, and to facilitate the installation of the dust tank by easily fixing the dust tank. A method of automatically discharging dust of the cleaning system comprises: a dust sensing step of sensing the quantity of the dust sucked in a dust tank of a robot cleaner; a cleaner docking step where the robot cleaner docks with the dust tank when sensing the dust tank is full by sensing the quantity of the dust in the dust tank; a dust tank fixing step of fixing the dust tank of the robot cleaner to a fixing device installed on a charging device, after the robot cleaner docks with the charging device; a dust tank transmitting step of transmitting the dust tank fixed by the fixing device into one side of the charging device to separate; and a dust discharging step of sucking the dust in the dust tank and discharging into the charging device after completing the transmission of the dust tank.
