A device for protecting illegal file access and transfer in network computers is provided to permit or block access/transfer of a file stored in a computer depending on an authentication result by comparing an input device command with commands collected/stored by an input device command capturing module. The input device command capturing module(10) captures, collects, and stores the input device commands generated from manipulation of input devices(20) in a computer. A file access/transfer blocking module(30) collects command streams corresponding to a file access/transfer event generated by an operation of data I/O(Input/Output) devices and a kernel/user interface module(34), separates the input device command from the collected command streams, and permits or blocks the file access/transfer depending on the authentication result by comparing the separated input device command with the collected/stored input device commands. The input device capturing module comprises a USB(Universal Serial Bus) interface, a USB port driver, an input device port driver, and a command capturer.
