<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detecting accuracy of an abnormal shadow related to an image processing device, method and program performing image processing on an medical image. <P>SOLUTION: This image processing device estimates an imaging direction (v) from a two-dimensional radiography image 21, projects a three-dimensional standard image 11 expressing the three-dimensional construction of a plurality of anatomical structures at a standard concentration value, in the imaging direction (v) and generates a two-dimensional projection image 41. A rate of the concentration value contributing to a prescribed anatomical structure out of the concentration values of respective points on the two-dimensional projection image 21 is calculated according to a prescribed amount of anatomical structures out of the plurality of anatomical structures of the three-dimensional standard image 11 superimposed in the imaging direction (v). The two-dimensional projection image 41 is positioned on the two-dimensional radiography image 21 and the concentration value contributing to the prescribed anatomical structure out of the concentration values on the two-dimensional radiography image 21 is calculated corresponding to the rate of the concentration value contributing to the prescribed anatomical structure out of the concentration values of the positioned two-dimensional projection image 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
