PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogenated block copolymer suitable for a heat-shrinkable film and having well-balanced properties such as transparency, solvent resistance, spontaneous shrinking property, low-temperature shrinking property, etc., and provide a composition of the copolymer. SOLUTION: The hydrogenated block copolymer is composed of a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene at a weight ratio of 60/40 to 95/5, the number-average molecular weight of the copolymer is 30,000-500,000 determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), the relationship of the loss tangent determined by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement to temperature satisfies a specific condition and the hydrogenation ratio of the copolymer is≥60%.
