PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use restriction system for stopping alarming even if authentication with one wireless communication unit is interrupted in the case that a plurality of the wireless communication units authenticate a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: When the wireless communication units 30 authenticate the mobile terminal 20, since the other wireless communication unit 30B(30A) can authenticate the mobile terminal 20 even if the authentication between the mobile terminal 20 and the one wireless communication unit 30A(30B) is interrupted, if the authentication is interrupted, the mobile terminal 20 informs the wireless communication units 30A, 30B about it that the plurality of wireless communication units execute the authentication, and place limits on alarming.
