PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiver, a program reserving method and a program reserving program capable of easily reserving a program. SOLUTION: A broadcast receiver comprises an operation portion (125) and a processor (123) for reserving a program according to the operation of the operation portion (125) and controlling a receiver (121) to receive the reserved program. The program reserving method for the broadcast receiver has steps of displaying a list of programs corresponding to a date/and a time performed by the processor (123) and specified by the operation of the operation portion (125) on a display device (113), selecting a predetermined program from programs displayed in the list by the operation of the operation portion (125), reserving the selected predetermined program by the operation of the operation portion (125), and controlling the receiver (121) to receive the reserved predetermined program.
