PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orbit control device and control method thereof which is capable of correcting an orbit deviation of charged particle beams. SOLUTION: In a synchrotron 1 using induction acceleration cells 7, a charged particle orbit controlling device 6 comprises positional signals 11a generated by a positional monitor 11, which detects orbit deviation from the design orbit 2 of charged particle beams traveling in the synchrotron 1; a digital signal processing unit 12 for controlling induction voltage generating timing which operates in response to a transit signal 9a generated by a bunching monitor 9 for detecting the transit of bunching 3; and a pattern generator 13 which generates a gate signal pattern 13a for on/off controlling a switching power source 5a, in response to a gate parent signal 12a generated in the digital signal processing unit 12.
