METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MOBILE ONE-STOP COMMUNICATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily communicate with an opposite party by registering a single communication subject and to collect information concerned with a target without depending on information literacy and without generating digital divide. SOLUTION: The mobile one-stop communication method is provided with: a step for generating a communication key for uniquely specifying a target user for communication; a step for arranging the communication key generated for the desired user on a desk top of a mobile apparatus; a step for displaying information related to various communication tools corresponding to the communication key on the desk top of the mobile apparatus by an interactive format; and a step for generating an alert on the communication key corresponding to updated information displayed on the desk top of the mobile apparatus when the information is updated.
