PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an development image photographing device where an development image as an object is formed without combining images. SOLUTION: An object is rotated by an apparatus 1 for rotating an object at a fixed rate, and a camera installed in an apparatus 3 for rotating the camera at a fixed rate is rotated. The object installed in the apparatus 1 is photographed through a vertical slit 5 from the camera installed in the apparatus 3. At this time, the part other than the slit 5 is light-shielded in such a manner that the part other than the vertical slit 5 is not photographed by the camera. By performing the photographing in this way, an image in which a picture as the object appeared through the slit is connected can be photographed.
