摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system for surely collecting a toxic substance to perform continuous detection stably with high accuracy without being affected by moisture in gaseous specimens. SOLUTION: This monitoring system for continuously and automatically monitoring a trace toxic substance in air at many positions includes: a specimen selection means for sampling gaseous specimens at one to six measurement points independently of each other to systematically select the specimens for sending them to a downstream collection means; a collection/introduction means for collecting/condensing the toxic substance in the gaseous specimens to prepare analysis specimens and then sending them to an analysis means together with a carrier gas; the analysis means for quantitatively analyzing the toxic substance in the analysis specimens; a data processing means; and a control means for automatically controlling the respective means. This system is characterized in that the toxic substance is a component of a sneezy agent, the collection/introduction means uses a low-temperature collection method, and the analysis means uses a packed column or a large-diameter open tubular column.
