PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding band wherein a joining of the binding band with a stopper made of a synthetic resin molding capable of being used repeatedly can be easily operated, does not damage a non-binding band object, and has a superior anti-curl performance even when it is used repeatedly. SOLUTION: The terminal of a cushion belt body 1 such as an elastic and expandable urethane rubber material is a hold body 2, and the hold body 2 has an approximately U shape 2a. The groove width 4 of a slit part of these parallel two projection piece 3 is made to be slightly smaller than the diameter 1a in a natural length of the cushion belt body 1. When non-binding bodies A, Aa are joined, the cushion belt body 1 is inserted into the groove width 4 with a small diameter wherein the diameter 1a in the natural length is reduced by winding while pulling, and sandwiched to be held in and detached from the groove width 4 by the restoration force and friction force of the diameter 1a by relieving the pulling.
