PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister pack in which an outlet store can incorporate additional information without breaking a package or without using any correction sticker, while a consumer cannot easily incorporate any additional mischievous information. SOLUTION: The blister pack comprises a transparent plastic-made accommodation case (10) having a recess (11) capable of accommodating goods, and a back side mount (20) with commodity information described thereon, and further comprises a pocket part (31) capable of accommodating a sheet (30) with additional information described thereon. One side of the pocket part is connected to the accommodation case (10). Other three sides of the pocket part consist of two flap pieces (33 and 34) and one insertion piece (36).
