PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing mechanism capable of preventing twisting of a second fitted member with respect to a first fitted member, reducing swinging of the second fitted member with respect to the first fitted member, and being easily attached/detached to/from a gear box mount device without removing it. SOLUTION: The fixing mechanism 31 fitted to the gear box mount device 21 comprises left and right plates 32a, 32b arranged between the first fitted member 22 and the second fitted member 24 so as to close two openings 27 which are formed by the first fitted member 22 and the second fitted member 24 in opposing positions sandwiching a rubber buffer member 26 and are communicated with a through-space part 26a; a spacer 33 regulating a gap between the left and right plates 32a, 32b and arranged so as to penetrate through the through-space part 26a; and connecting and fixing tools 34 integrally connecting the spacer 33 with the left and right plates 32a, 32b.
