PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic radial tire for a passenger car, and a method for manufacturing the same, in which a grounding form when an slip angle is added is made rectangular to reduce maximum cornering force, and greatly improving steering stability in cornering. SOLUTION: This pneumatic radial tire is provided with: a bead part including a pair of bead cores 5 and bead fillers 6 disposed radially outward of the bead cores 5; belt layers 2 disposed in order radially outward of carcasses 1; a belt reinforcing layer 3; a tread part 4; and a pair of side wall rubbers disposed outward of the carcasses 1 between the bead part and the tread part 4. The belt reinforcing layer 3 is spirally wound around the belt layer 2. Tension of cords composing the belt reinforcing layer 3 is gradually smaller from the outer side toward the inner side when installed on a vehicle. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
