PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen structure for a heat exchanger eliminating the need for securing a space under the heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A screen 15 is pulled out to the downward direction by runners 13 of rail structure bodies 5 provided in spaces S on both sides of the condenser 1 along the vehicle width direction, and thereby, the spaces S are not required to be secured under the condenser 1, and layout of a vehicle structure under the condenser 1 is facilitated. The rail structure body 5 is arranged in a dead space in correspondence with the vehicle width directional width difference from a radiator 2, and therefore, the occupation space is not substantially enlarged along the vehicle width direction. The rail structure body 5 drives the runner 13 at least to the downward direction by a linear driving system, and thereby, the space for installing a drive source is dispensed with, which is advantageous to the space.
