PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal duct capable of being manufactured by easier technology than two-color molding technology while having high sealing effect and capable of enhancing assembling property as compared with the case where the seal duct is only constituted by a plate-like rubber. SOLUTION: The seal duct 1 is mainly constituted by a rubber plate 2 and a frame 3. Further, the rubber plate 2 is made to one sheet of plate shape along a bumper cover 31 and an undercover 33. Thereby, a space 51 between the bumper cover 31 and a cooling module 20 and a space 52 at a periphery are partition in a vehicle width direction by the rubber plate 2 itself. Further, the frame 3 is made to a shape that one slender member made to predetermined width is bent along a profile of the rubber plate 2 and is fixed to the rubber plate 2. At this time, the frame 3 is arranged at an inner side than an edge of the rubber plate 2 at a portion opposed to the bumper cover 31 and the undercover 33 of the seal duct 1.
