PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread cutting device capable of cutting bread just after baked, while eliminating intervention of a help as much as possible, and realizing a cutting device capable of cutting various kinds of bread with a comparatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: This cutting device 1 is provided with a feed table 21 for regulating a transfer direction of the mounted bread 2A, a bread transfer part 40 for intermittently transferring the bread 2A on the feed table 21 to a downstream side, and a cutting part 30 arranged on the downstream side of the feed table 21 to cut the bread 2A. The cutting part 30 has a round blade 30a arranged so that an axial center direction may be substantially parallel with the transfer direction of the bread 2A and a round blade driving parts (motors 31 and 34) for vertically moving the round blade 30, while rotating the round blade 30a.
