PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance grinding performance, more particularly, a grinding ratio of a resin bonded super-grinding tool containing grinding ratio modifier such as graphite. SOLUTION: This resin bonded super-grinding tool 2 contains superabrasive grain 21, grinding ratio modifier 22 made of at least one kind selected from a group constituted of graphite grain and hexagonal boron nitride grain, and bond resin 23 for bonding these grain and modifier 22. An average grain diameter of the grinding ratio modifier 22 is≥1.2 times and≤3.8 times as long as an average grain diameter of the superabrasive grain 21. A grinding wheel can be obtained by carrying the resin bonded super-grinding tool 2 by a grinding tool carrier. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
