PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow which secures a natural lying posture. SOLUTION: The pillow is provided with an occiput placing part A, a cervical vertebra placing part B, and a temple placing part C. The occiput placing part A and the temple placing part C are respectively constituted of a bag body and a granular filler 14 filled in the bag body and having flowability. The bag bodies are communicating with each other so that the filler 14 can move back and forth. Thus, by placing the head on the occiput placing part A, the filler 14 in the occiput placing part A can be made to flow to the side of the temple placing part C, so that the occiput placing part A can be lowered and the temple placing part C can be raised.
