[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A casing (26) of a piston pump (20) and a swash plate support base (60) that is installable in the casing (26) have a displacement prevention means (77) and a pivoting prevention means (78). When an engagement claw (72) of and an engagement section (63) of the displacement prevention means (77) engage with each other, the swash plate support base (60) and the casing (26) are prevented from being displaced in one direction X1 of an rotation axis L20 and the other direction X2. Also, when a pin member (67) of and a pin fitting hole (73) of the pivoting prevention means (78) are engaged with each other, the swash plate support base (60) and the casing (26) are prevented from pivoting about the rotation axis L20.
