摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolytic solution for a lithium secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery, in which battery properties such as power output, capacity preserving rate, and initial discharge capacity and the like are enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: The non-aqueous electrolytic solution is prepared by dissolving electrolyte containing LiPF<SB>6</SB>as main component in non-aqueous solvent. Li<SP>+</SP>ion and PF<SB>6</SB><SP>-</SP>ion are contained in the non-aqueous solvent, and anion compound expressed by a general formula (1) and one kind or more of added cation selected from Na<SP>+</SP>ion, K<SP>+</SP>ion, Rb<SP>+</SP>ion, Cs<SP>+</SP>ion, and tetraalkyl ammonium ion are added into the non-aqueous electrolytic solution.
