FILTER STRUCTURE AND FUEL CELL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To filter a fluid with optimum permeability in response to temperature variation by deforming a mesh shape in response to the temperature variation, in a filter structure for filtering the fluid.

SOLUTION: This filter structure 1 is characterized in that two mesh-shaped layers 2a and 2b for filtering a fluid by the mesh shape are installed in a passage 3 by stacking them on each other; and at least one of the two mesh-shaped layers 2a and 2b is provided with a bimetal 4 deforming so as to separate the two mesh-shaped layers from each other when it is set at a temperature below a freezing temperature T1 at which it may be frozen.
