摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter capable of suppressing burst errors by a relatively simple constitution without changing the block size of an encoding block even in the case of increasing a modulation multivalued value.

SOLUTION: By providing an encoding part 11 for executing block encoding processing to transmission data and forming block encoded data, a modulation part 15 for modulating the block encoded data and forming a data symbol, and a rearrangement part 12 for rearranging the block encoded data such that the intra-block encoded data of different encoding blocks are gathered to constitute one data symbol and supplying them to the modulation part 15, the transmitter 10 can suppress the burst errors by the relatively simple constitution without changing the block size of the encoded block even in the case of increasing the modulation multivalued number.
