<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption for transfer in a bus system. <P>SOLUTION: A bus management means (500) in a bus system generates (512) a plan of the bus operation speed of an isochronous data block or a normal data block in a bus channel, the allocation frequency of bus use right and a continuous transfer size so that data are transferred at a low bus channel operation speed as much as possible in each transfer cycle, determines (510) bus allocation to one data block in accordance with the plan and a transfer request of at least one data block by a node device, and imparts (520) the transfer rate and the bus use permission of one data block to the node device for transferring one data block.
