<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing trims which, in obtaining different feels of touch within the same molded article, gives inexpensive trims while assuring the design quality without using coating. <P>SOLUTION: A skin material 12 is formed from a surface layer 17, which is obtained by randomly incorporating a fine particle-like powder 11 in a thermoplastic resin material 10, and a resin sheet 16 formed on the rear surface of the surface layer 17. The skin material 12 is formed into a desired shape and then a core material 2 is integrally formed on the rear surface side of the skin material 12.
