PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress circuit scale expansion in an OFDM wireless communication device. SOLUTION: If waveforms of a phase 0 (rad) for final one sample are rotated and disposed at the top as they are, the waveforms are equivalent with waveforms in a case where the waveforms are deviated for one sample by controlling phases of sub carriers. A transmission circuit that performs the operation comprises: a serial/parallel conversion block for performing serial/parallel conversion upon an input signal to generate a signal for each sub carrier; a diffusing block for diffusing data of each sub carrier; an IDFT block which performs inverse discrete Fourier transformation processing for reading data of each sub carrier and transforming the data into time base waveform; and a data rotate section for rotating a signal output from the IDFT block. A signal of each of sub carriers is diffused with a random numberρin the diffusing block 402 and transformed into a time base waveform in the IDFT block 403, thereby creating a signal rotated by a desired time.
