PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly notify an urgent message to related users, when an urgent message is registered on an electronic bulletin board. SOLUTION: Two types of normal and emergency mail addresses as notification mail addresses of respective users are registered in an electronic bulletin board system 10. The normal mail address is a mail address, corresponding to a personal computer of an own seat normally used by a user, and the emergency mail address is a mail address corresponding to a portable device terminal normally carried by user. A notification processing device 20 selects a notification mail address corresponding to its urgency, when a notice is received from the electronic bulletin board system 10, such as a message registration, and transmits an electronic mail notifying the message registration to its notification mail address.
