PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install setting information different for each user respectively in each client terminal, and collectively in a plurality of terminals. SOLUTION: When a computer is started by a user 14, an application 15 is started in an application operation region 12, and a setting information file 17 is read out by a setting information reflection program 16. Then, the setting information read out from the setting information file 17 is reflected as the setting information of the user of the terminal by the setting information program 16.
