PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic imaging apparatus designed such that attraction of foreign matter, such as dust, due to electrification is effectively prevented by decreasing the surface resistance of a low pass filter disposed so as not to be in close contact with an imaging element on an optical path reaching the imaging element. SOLUTION: The electronic imaging apparatus includes a first low pass filter 4 disposed so as not to be in close contact with the imaging element 2 on the optical path reaching the imaging element 2. A low surface resistance film 9 made of a conductor or semi-conductor containing a metal oxide is formed on the first low pass filter 4, at least on the face reverse to the imaging element 2.
