PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which prevents the disintegration/degradation of a shielding layer or a substrate layer by the action of a photocatalyst while minimizing a decline in the conductivity of a transparent conductive layer in laminated resin glass formed by laminating a substrate layer and the transparent conductive layer having a function to shield ultraviolet/infrared rays. SOLUTION: In the laminated resin glass, the transparent conductive layer having ultraviolet absorptivity and infrared reflexivity is made to contain an inorganic material having a photocatalytic function as a main component, and a transparent inorganic layer containing an inorganic material as a main component is formed between the substrate layer and the transparent conductive layer.
