PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction cleaner for an endoscope and a spherical brush feed device which allows the easy suction of the spherical brush in a suction forceps channel by a simple operation when sucking and cleaning the inside of the channel of the endoscope using the spherical brush. SOLUTION: This suction cleaner for the endoscope is a utensil used for the suction cleaning of the endoscope and is formed by temporarily fixing the spherical brush 30 to the vicinity of the bottom of a liquid storage container 10 filled with cleaning liquid. The spherical brush feed device is used for the suction cleaning of the endoscope, guides the distal end of the endoscope to the vicinity of the spherical brush and feed a single spherical brush to the distal end of the endoscope. The spherical brush feed device has such a dimension as to be stored in the liquid storage tank, has the inside diameter of the end smaller than the outside diameter of the distal end of the endoscope, has a shape tapered toward the bottom of the liquid storage container, stores a single spherical brush, has a liquid passing section allowing the passing of the cleaning liquid between itself and the liquid storage container, and is temporarily fixed with the spherical brush to the end.
