THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition which uses a binder resin capable of being filled with a magnetic powder in a high ratio and capable of being recycled and is capable of being used as a molding material for bond magnets for sensors. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition is prepared by adding 450 to 1,400 pts.wt. magnetic powder to 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic elastomer of Durometer hardness D (in accordance with JIS K 6253) of 5 to 58. The thermoplastic elastomer composition gives a molding of Durometer D hardness (in accordance with JIS K 6253) of 95 or lower. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
