The aid formed as adjusting light transmitters (42a, 42b) transmits a radiated beam (44) with a beam cone on a front side of the housing (20). A control unit controlling the light transmitters, transmitters and receivers is designed such that the receivers are temporarily activated and then the light transmitters are activated, when no receiver is activated in the cone of the beam.
