<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coarse feed obtained by fermenting/degrading bagasse using microorganisms to produce feed, and causing no reduction in digestibility in the stomach or no damage on the stomach wall even when fed to livestock such as cows, fermentation and digestion/intake of which are promoted in the digestive tract (in the stomach). <P>SOLUTION: The coarse feed comprises feed obtained by fermenting/degrading the bagasse comprising strained lees of sugarcane using microorganisms, wherein the microorganisms comprise mixture composed of fiber bacteria, ammonium nitrate chemical bacteria, starch saccharified bacteria, protein bacteria and ligninase productive Penicillium genus bacillus bacteria, or genus bacillus microorganisms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
