<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamic acid resin composition comprising nanometer layered silica sheet and/or nanometer silica powder, and to provide a polyimide film produced from the polyamic acid resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The poliamic acid resin composition contains 0.3-15 wt.% nanolayer silica sheet and/or nanometer silaca powder in 100 wt.% composition total weight, and 99.7-85 wt.% polyamic acid resin in 100 wt.% composition total weight (wherein, the total of the both is 100 wt.%). The polyimide film is prepared by coating the polyamic acid resin composition on a substrate and performing imidation reaction. The polyimide film excellent in low water-absorption, high transparency and low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) can be obtained by using the polyamic resin composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
