<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing rolled food completely automated to roll ingredients without depending on manual operation in production for instance, of each kind of rolled food such as fresh spring roll, and to provide an apparatus for producing the rolled food. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing the rolled food has a lifting and lowering mechanism 11 which places and lifts the rolling end side of a sheet-like food Q, a moving mechanism 21 in the direction of contact/separation, introducing the lifted rolling end of the sheet-like food Q, a chuck closing mechanism 31 for supporting the rolling end of the sheet-like food Q by sandwiching with a pair of front and back chucks 2A and 2B, a vertically moving mechanism 41 for vertically reciprocating moving the rolling center of rotation through the chucks 2A and 2B in the vertical direction when rotatably driving the chucks 2A and 2B and winding the rolling end, and a press mechanism 51 for pressing the sheet-like food Q with a pressing tool 52 so as to extract the chucks 2A and 2B from the sheet-like food Q after rolling is finished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
