<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide each of stitch shoes hardly losing the shape and excellent in air permeability and flexibilities and a method for manufacturing it with low costs and easiness. <P>SOLUTION: Each of the stitch shoes is manufactured by a bonding process for bonding a vamp with a backing, a tightening/fixing process for tightening and fixing the vamp and the backing that are bonded and fixed together, a margin forming process for forming a margin for a seam by opening the end of the vamp outside, a margin fixing process for fixing the margin in a state of the margin opened, a direct injection molding process for molding a sole by injecting a thermoplastic resin to the vamp and the backing and for joining the vamp, the backing and the sole at the same time and a stitching process for stitching up the vamp and the sole in the margin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
